Weekly Aerobics

Classes take place at the Havre Boucher Community Centre 3 nights per week. Everyone is welcome.

Equipment is provided and the fee is $5.00 a session. If you have questions contact 232-3191, 234-2323 or 234-2188.

Marlene Fitzpatrick, a Certified Personal Trainer, is available to all members of the Fitness Centre on Mondays and Thursdays from 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. FREE of charge.

Marlene can assist you with getting started on the fitness equipment, heart rate guides and other general exercising tips such as advice on technique and form.
