The Auld's Cove Lobster Supper Restaurant is authentically
Acadian from it's management and staff to the traditional
recipes, as well as the decor. It is situated in the
midst of vibrant Acadian villages from Pomquet through
Tracadie and Havre Boucher and across the causeway to
Isle Madame.
Recipes used here come from the decendants of the people who developed a "bountiful
table" by using the produce of their farms and the seafood of their harbours.
